What is Soda Blasting?
Soda blasting is a process in which a specially formulated blast media, SodaClean Maintenance Plus , serves as a mild abrasive that removes or etches paint, or works for cleaning all varieties of equipment, when applied with the SodaBlaster, a pressurized machine. This machine is specifically designed to perform a soda blasting operation and obtains its power supply from a conventional shop air compressor. Another method is the SoluBlaster which operates with a medium pressure water pump. Soda blasting has many applications for paint removal and cleaning. |
