What is Soda Blasting?

Soda blasting is a process in which a specially formulated blast media, SodaClean Maintenance Plus , serves as a mild abrasive that removes or etches paint, or works for cleaning all varieties of equipment, when applied with the SodaBlaster, a pressurized machine. This machine is specifically designed to perform a soda blasting operation and obtains its power supply from a conventional shop air compressor. Another method is the SoluBlaster which operates with a medium pressure water pump. Soda blasting has many applications for paint removal and cleaning.

What are the Benefits of Soda Blasting?

•SodaClean is a non hazardous food grade material that is 100% water soluble and environmentally safe.
•Soda Blasting will eliminate the need of using toxic cleaning chemicals.
•Soda Blasting will clean multilayered surfaces to any level desired.
•Soda Blasting may be used to clean while machines and processes are in operation.

 WADU

This is a pressure washing accessory that we use to inject sodium bicarbonate, baking soda, in to a high pressure stream. This soft abrasive provides a very effective and environmentally safe process for cleaning virtually any surface.

The technology of using Armex, a sodium bicarbonate abrasive patented and manufactured by the Church and Dwight Corporation (the Arm and Hammer Company), was first developed during the restoration of the Statue of Liberty in 1988. Since then "Baking Soda Blasting" as it is called, has completely changed the dynamics and scope of water soluable, environmental abrasive blasting
